Friday night fun!

Woo Hoo! I Scored big time thank to my bil Gerry front row seats to the Harlem Globtrotters! The girls loved the mascot Globie, there were 4 different versions of him. Avery and Delaney cheers every time they made a basket and Ella could not stop laughing at how silly they were. Her favorite part was when Sweet Pea jumped up and grabbed the hoop and the ref couldn't get him down. They did do the classic take the purse from a lady in the crowd and the throwing a bucket of water and then shredded paper in to the crowd. Graces favorite part was when a "new born baby" peed on the ref. (so it was a wrapped up bottle of silly foam). All in all what a great way for a family to spend the night together! Thanks again Gerry and Karen!

Mardi Gras Party

What a great time had by all at Jen's Mardi Gras Party! She is truly a Louisiana girl. She had green and purple everywhere and even had a king cake shipped in for the party. Lauren got the baby, which means you are the one who is having the next party! We went out after and had a great time! Thanks Jen for the awesome party!

This is Jen's wall! Didn't it turn out absolutely gorgeous!

Mrs. Nagel just order this along with 6 other canvases to go up along her stairway. They came in and I was opening the boxes like it was Christmas! They are absolutely stunning! I will take a picture after she has them all hanging and post it this week-end! Such a gorgeous and FUN family!

My Girls

If only we had more time. We had a great time out at Honeymoon Island. We saw some cool fish that squirted ink out. They were having a ball playing in the water and walking up and down the wall. Man is it work to get all four looking and smiling at the same time!

What an awesome Daddy and Husband!

Greg is such a fun person. We love going to Busch Gardens and riding rides with him! We all have our favorite rides. The girls love Cheetah Chase and we love the roller coasters, especially, Sheekra. Greg loves to play with the kids and he takes the oldest girls to school every morning. He is an excellent provider but he leaves work stress at work. He is such a hard worker and does what ever it takes to get the job done. He has unbelievable patients. If only I could bottle it up! He is a great cook and grills a steak better then any I have ever had at a restaurant. He is the smartest person I know, not just anyone can be an actuary and still have common business sense!I think this is how he landed his recent promotion to a VP! He is even a yummy snack for blue eyed monsters!

LOTS OF VISITORS!

We have had lots of company over the holidays. Greg's sister and family and parents came before Christmas for 5 days. We went to MOSI and Busch Gardens with them. My niece and my parents came in just after Christmas. We also had a visit from Greg's cousin and his wife and 3 kiddos. All the kids had a great time seeing each other and played non-stop!

Parties, dance and gymnastics...

What more could a girl ask for? They have been having so much fun lately and keeping me hopping! G and E had a winter recital this week-end. They just light up and preform so well up on that stage. They say they don't get nervous at all. That they just get excited. Ella also just finished another round of gymnastics with her BFF. Friday night Waterchase had the Holiday party. The girls got to see Santa, decorate cookies, make a craft and watch a movie. It was great to see a lot of our neighbors. D had her holiday party today. Monica brought all sorts of fun crafts for them to do. They had lots of fun playing in all the glitter! They cut out sandwiches with cookie cutters.

SANTA FEST PARADE

Forget all about marching these girls are grooving all the way through the parade. They had so much fun and were real troopers with all of the walking they did. We had fun catching beads from the side lines! They also did a performance the night before at the closing ceremonies at kid city. Avery came to the parade with Abbie and Christie and couldn't make it across the parade path to get to us! Thanks Christie for watching Av! Avery is finally getting better after being sick with a week's worth of 103-105 degree fever. She has been up all night coughing for 4 nights! Finally, after what seems like a million breathing treatments,  she is sleeping peacefully!

GOBBLE GOBBLE!!!

We are all ready for some yummy turkey! We are thankful for so many things. The kids and I compiled a list of all sorts of things! We are thankful for our health, house, each other, our jobs, our beds, cars, schools, teachers, friends, wii, hamsters, turkey heads, chloe, neighbors, babies, being outside, bikes, movies, books, food, candy, computer, birthdays, clothes, the love in our family, energy, non-running noses, thoughtful people, allergy medicine, baking, painting, cameras, pee pee on the potty, backpacks, lunch boxes, refrigerator, and a million other things! It is funny though how what they were thankful for was mainly the basics. Things that we do together as a family more so than things. I am blessed to have such a wonderful, happy and healthy family. I am counting my blessings this Thanksgiving more than ever before!

BROWNIES FIRST MEETINGS

Well, we have officially had our first few meetings for 12 girls for brownies. The girls are having a wonderful time and we are all learning a lot and having FUN doing it! We have such a SWEET group of girls. I just want to keep them all! They have learned the promise and law, about the founder, sewed a sit-upon it, and had their first ceremony. The investiture was so cute, we were twisting and turning and looking and found our brownie girls. So they are all "OFFICIALLY" brownies. This is bringing back a lot of MEMORIES for all of us moms! And hopefully creating some for the girls!

MY LITTLE GYMNAST

Our little Ella is so flexible! She is so great a gymnastics. She is such a natural at it. Already doing back walk-overs and just seems to be lovin life when out there on those mats! The whole entire hour and a half class, she never stops moving. Even when she is waiting for her turn she is doing cartwheels, round offs and hand stands. Bouncing from one thing to another. Her favorite is bars and trampoline. But I think she is strong in floor and beam. For now she loves it and gets to be in class with her best friend Abbie... so what could be better in the life of a 6 year old!

ONE HARD CHICK TO KEEP UP WITH

Avery is here, there and everywhere. You think she was in one bounce house and you blink and she was gone and over petting someone's puppy. Then over trying to bang the bell. What was that kids name in The Incredible's that could run so fast? That should be Avery's nick name!

FALL FESTIVAL

We had a great time bouncing, playing, chatting and eating with all of our neighbors at the Waterchase fall festival! Ella and Abbie got new hair do's! Avery LOVED the bouncey houses... which is a first time she would go into them! CRAZY trying to follow them all around and keep up with them with all the things to do!

Halloween Fun!

Wow!! What a night! The girls had so much fun! We started at a friends house for a spaghetti dinner. Yummy food and drinks, Thanks Maria! Ella was "missing" for a bit going out with another group of friends trick or treating. We found her and stopped by her teachers house , Mrs. Nagel, she is in the black shirt. We made it back to our house and officially STARTED trick or treating after everyone was almost FINISHED!
Greg made some carmel apple martini's... that we all loved. But he liked them a lot, wink wink. One of the families has a cotton candy machine that the kids loved! There were so many beautiful princess out that night! I think they got 5 lbs of candy! I tried to talk them into the fairy coming and leaving them money... they wanted NO part of that! They wanted to keep ALL of their candy. Delaney and Avery's spaghetti dinner was the next night. There were so many great dessert. My friend Michelle made a wonderful apple crisp!  The kids loved seeing there friends and the magician

CREATING ALL SORTS OF THINGS!!!

Special treats, crazy hair and crazy sock day, and fun laundry room. Greg finished the laundry room while I was gone in Phoenix. It is so nice to have a place to "hang their hat"!
