PUMPKIN CARVING

We went and picked daddy up at the airport grabbed some dinner and came home to carve us some pumpkins! Daddy actually bought a tool for this! He says we needed it for around the house! Hmmmm...  He got the tops off and G and E dove right in getting the insides out. D and A wanted nothing to do with it. It's the great Pumpkin Charlie Brown came on and there went Greg's helpers! They made there way back over and helped a little bit more. G's is the mummy, E's is the wolf, Daddy's and A's is the Trick or Treat, and D's is the ghost. One more funny thing, is E kept saying all night long over and over again M-I-S-S-I-S-S-I-P-P-I, just because she know knows how to spell it! She's a hoot! Pumpkin seeds tomorrow!

PHOENIX TRIP

Wow what a long week-end! N picked me up at the airport and we did dinner and already fit in some shopping.  We started by getting mani and pedi's. S hung out with us, she is the most amazing 2 year old ever! So easy going. We picked up D at school had a quick lunch, and went back for naps, me included! HA! Good thing I did. We had a wild night ahead of us. It started at Ra a sushi place, meet some great girls. P had called and said he was coming to pick us up. So of course that meant SAKE BOMBERS! I am to embarrassed to give all the details! You'll have to get those directly from me! P then drove us to the W hotel's sushi restaurant and then went to their roof top bar... you are instantly cool being in that place. I could live there! Friday we shopped until we dropped! It was so much fun! Saturday we went to a photography workshop. It was so much fun hanging out with N all day and 15 other women who all love photography. They did some photoshop too, so that is some fun stuff!   If I can get it straight in my head! And stop using i photo! Old habits die hard!   After we left at 8:30 at night we still fit in more shopping! See the adorable outfits below! Sunday was filled with photo shoots, mass, photo shoots and some editing. Needless to say I slept the whole way home! I had a blast, Thank you P and N!! kisses to the girls! I loved meeting all your friends too!

Grace's b-day party.

It was a toss up. The girls voted between costume party and going to the nick hotel for Grace's b-day. They voted for the the hotel. I was just as excited to spend some time with just Grace. We had an ice cream cake in the room and opened presents. The girls swam and swam, got slimed and then swam some more. After a very quick shower we grabbed a pizza, watched the dive in movie and then went to the nick jr. show. It was a jammed packed day! She asked for halloween thing for her b-day. She did get some cute things and came home and spent one afternoon decorating the outside of our house. She is just so cute!

We have been wanting to got to the pumpkin patch for a couple of days now. So the girls were so excited to go today. Grace even brought her camera. Poor Ella got a bloody nose on the way. I think she went through half a box of kleenex. We parked the car and they took off running. We of course had to do the photo op! Grace is really into trying to get some good photos with her camera. She took the one of Mr. G and I below. Take a look at Ella's hand in the pic with the 4 girls. We were so worried about getting her face all cleaned up that we missed her hand! When we got home they placed the pumpkins on the front porch and also found an extension cord for the witch. The front is now complete. We also have some really cool ghosts over to the left but you can't see them. Grace had gotten some money for her birthday so she chose to buy the witch she and Ella are standing next to. All in all, fun trip to the patch, but we miss the real ones!

Mento anyone?

Grace wanted to do a science experiment. She had earned a tube of mento's at school. So we all had fun watching the reaction. Diet coke definitely worked better than regular coke!

Here Girl!

so I leave to do a photo shoot and go to a baby shower and come home and the kids had a surprise for me. I'm thinking they made some big tent, or a ghost out of sheets, oh no... Daddy bought them 2 hamsters! If they weren't so stinkin cute I would have questioned him more. But I can see how he is at the pet store with 4 girls and comes home with 2 hamsters. It was Grace's birthdat! He likes to say how he got father of the year and schmuck hubby all in one day! BTW can you see the brush in the one pic? That is Avery trying to brush her! They are 2 girls (there are now 8 females in the house!) Their names are kathy and Kiley. Chloe thinks they are great. D keeps saying, "No, No, Clo, That's not your ball!"
